I think some people fail to understand the difference between a pension provider and a financial adviser. Personally always had a great experience with Momentum, though sounds like I was lucky having a good trustworthy adviser to begin with. Service has always been excellent, only grumble would be that sometimes can take a while to get responses to emails, but always someone availiable to update me when I call.
