I bought the 2-in-1 comforters set. Unable to identify the difference between lighter and heavier weight comforter easily. I was told that the wight of my two comforters are similar. I don't think the customer rep knows about the products well enough at all. But, I'm pleased that they took my suggestion to write the weight of each comforter on the washing mark to help customer to distinguish each comforter's weight for different season.
Also, I don't like that the customer has to wait for the responses in a few hours via message live chat. Not very user friendly.
