The process was a lot easier than I expected. I was waiting for a doctor’s appointment to get an Rx because they asked for one when I submitted my info but Kelly kindly reached out to me and let me know that not only did my insurance qualify, but I didn’t even need an Rx. She also helped me identify a hands free pump that my insurance completely covered so I can try it this time around. Thank you Kelly for being so sweet and helpful and Mommy Express for helping me try a hopefully more successful pump for me this time around. Either way it’s a blessing I at least get to try!
