I have purchased the Monarch 100% cotton bathrobe before. It has lasted for years. I now needed a new one. So I ordered one online which came very quickly. Alas, it was too big so I wanted to exchange it for a smaller size. There were some UPS issues unrelated to Monarch/Cypress. Anthony Salazar worked with me and resolved the issue immediately. I got my exchanged robe in 2 days! There are very few places to get 100% cotton bathrobes and this one is the best one! Not only that, their customer service is unmatched! Thank you so much Anthony for your help! Now I will enjoy my new bathrobe. Do not hesitate to order from Monarch/Cypress....they are the best!
