I ordered by shopping from the list of items and have been pleased with my sheets. I left several messages for customer service but never received a return call. The sheets are soft as I remember they were when I was at a hotel. I made sure to look at the label for the name before I left. I always wanted to order a set but I had a Calif. King at the time and the company wasn't making that size yet. I'm going to order a set for my friend as a xmas gift.
