Love the items, but unfortunately they are alway sold out. I ordered a watch strap the size I was looking for but, it did not come with the easy slip. When I contacted support, one of the question was if there was something it was supposed to come with other than the strap for attachments and I was immediately issued a refund. I have a gift card but again, items are sold out. And I wanted my refund not a gift card.
