Recently purchased off your Website, Red clock with A "sweeping hand, moves smoothly and continuously around the clock face, as it states in the description. Red clock arrived with A "non sweeping hand" creating a noticeable "tick" sound as it moves. I reached out to your customer service to advise they sent me the wrong clock. Response was "Mondaine sent me the "older model and there's NO guarantee of getting the newer model. This is the third clock I've purchased from "Mondaine and first time this has happened, I wish you would update your description on your website. I will be returning the red clock, older model. Please, advise if I can be guaranteed "the newer model in the future. I have the silver clock , apparently newer model with A "sweeping hand. Beautiful clock!
