16 Months into my complaint with Moneybarn they still fall short off what was requested via the Financial Ombudsman.
Moneybarn have no customer vaules what so ever after a long process with complaints the car was deemed faulty at point off sale therefore the ask was to return the Goods.
Moneybarn agreed to reject the vehicle not that they had much choice but in term when the vehicle was collected they sent there agents around to my home at 06:30AM and progressd to filming me very rude and unprofessional.
The collection company also did not inform me they were coming this company is an absolute mess.
The new finance I have with advantage finance show what customer service levels should be like. AVOID AVOID AVOID
Moneybarn still report adverse information to my credit file that was asked to be removed but again after 12 Emails it still remains in state.
