Only one star because I can’t give no stars. I am constantly getting mobile phone calls from Moneybarn and when I do not answer they leave a message to contact them. In the past I have on a number of occasions to speak with someone, without any success. When I finally got to speak to a human being, I was asked for my vehicle registration number. I have never ever had any account with Moneybarn. I have made complaints in writing and today I have received a response instructing me to continue making payments whilst my complaint is investigated. I have never made any payments to them. I have never had an account. I have blocked their number and still they call. I am at my wits end. They do not seem to be able to understand the simple fact that I am not a customer. I have never been a customer. Believe me, I never will be a customer. An absolute shambles of a firm.
