I had a mini stroke 6 months ago I rang to explain I could b out for 2/3 months I asked if they could freeze the payment they were polite on the phone 3 months ago I got the all clear to drive and asked if I could pay £100 a month off on top of usual payment this time they were rude and said no I had to pay all the outstanding balance together which was just over £800 I said I couldn't afford to do that anyway 2 weeks ago I received a letter saying either pay or we will pick the van up so there coming on Monday there goes my livelihood thanks neil
