Stupidly signed up to a British Gas transfer and Money Expert made it vitually impossible to cancel within the cooling off period.
I was told verbally and my email that I would receive cancellation instructions within 5 days. 10 days later, nothing. Rang them, option cancellation - put through to sales, told to ring Customer Services. Rang them, option customer services - put through to sales. Emailed customer services - 5 days turn around on my email, i.e., outside the cooling off period. - Money Expert? Money-grabbing Expert. Next time they come around, I'll shut the door on them.
PS Rang British Gas, who said they would sort it out if ME didn't get round to cancelling it. 10 out of 10 to British Gas. Nil point to Money Expert.
