I enquired about my energy renewal date and received a reply next day from Natasha which was very prompt and helpful. When I agreed for the renewals team to contact me she implemented it immediately and I received a call a few hours later
I spoke to RHYS who was excellent. He was kind polite and very knowledgeable but also injected a bit of humour into the conversation
I will be continuing to use your company for my energy and look forward to speaking to him again next year
