Absolute joke. Monica Vinader claim to be an outstanding company and provide a 5 year guarantee which draws a lot of people in. What they don’t tell you is if within those 5 years your product is discontinued then what you get is a useless voucher for £27.50 regardless of the price of the item. Of course nothing is for sale for £27.50 so of course they win and get more of your money. My sister bought me a bracelet for my wedding, I had it less than a year and it snapped and now because they no longer stock it we get a voucher for less then half price and nothing more. Does that seem fair to anyone else? Would never recommend this company to anymore. Absolutely disgraceful customer service and basically liars
