I bought a necklace in New York. It was the adjustable chain rose gold and P pendant. It has broken now 3 times. My P has tarnished and the clasp is falling apart. I messaged their customer service and they made me ship my necklace, pay for shipping, and it took weeks for a replacement. Every time they make me do the same thing and they refused to issue me a better one. This time they want to take off the necklace, get a box, print a label, take it to fedex, wait for it to get accepted by customs and received then they will place an order for a new one after 10-14 days. I would suggest if you live in the US to find somewhere else. The quality is not with the price. The customer service and the company do not care how much you spent. They only care about themselves.
