I bought a couple of cardigans in Monki in Carnaby Street, London. I don't live in London and when I got home I realised they didn't fit. So I asked to return them. But NO, you can't return them unless you go back to the store. I was not made aware of this when I bought them and I think it's terrible customer service. So just be aware if you are buying inshore and don't live near one.
