I have ordered a Sony Xperia M5 phone. They first dissapoint me by sending M5 Dual phone not what I have ordered. Then phone had software problems I couldn't even use it for a day. I have ask for refund. They approved the refund, they told me to send the phone back. I did send it back when I check the tracking status item says it is delivered on 24/11/2015. Even though it is delivered no one is answering none of my e-mails. I WANT MY MONEY BACK. I'm not satisfied with the service that they are providing. I'm not recommending to people who are interested for buying phones.
