I brought a samsung gear S form this company, all was good I received fast and everything was ok. Then the watch started dying and crashing without warning. I took the watch to samsung who said as the watch was A GREY Import they could not verify the warrenty. I contacted Gadjet monicle who said as the item was over 15 days they would only do a repair and not replace. They wanted me to pay for the repair locally and invoice them. I was not ok with this. They then said I had to ship to them before they could do a refund. i was not happy about shipping to HONG Kong as i could not track this item, i was also expected to pay for delivery costs. They are great on price but this is because once you have brought the item there is no after thought at all. they asked me to ship to a uk warehouse, i checked this out and it was no more then a empty ware house used for handling deliverys etc etc . I WOULD NOT RECOMEND AS IF YOU PAY £300 FOR AN ITEM AND IT STOPS WORKING YOU CAN KISS YOUR MONEY GOODBYE.
