I placed an order for two LG G4 phones on Monday 2nd May 2016. They failed to acknowledge my order but still took payment from my account. They are based overseas. Having chased them several times by email, I received a reply stating that the phones are ready for dispatching on 5 May 2016. However, on the 6 May 2016 they sent me an email to confirm that the stock was unavailable. I have asked for a refund and waiting for their response. I was very sceptical to purchase from them, as they are an overseas company and they do not have any contact number. I only purchased from them having seen reviews on this site and question how much of the reviews are genuine, especially as they have a 5 rating! I WOULD AVOID THIS COMPANY
