Ordered phone on April 29th, and now I know that despite the website stating 8 in stock, they do not have it. Was told shipment as soon as possible on the 4th of May, then they said shipment on Monday the 9th, on the 9th they said that it would be shipped on the 10th. Today is 10th and nothing, no sign of the phone existing. I have requested a refund on order #8124. They've said they will do it as soon as possible....who knows when or if it will happen.
They do reply to queries, but with completely useless answers, and they do not do what the say.
As constructive feedback, a company should not take the money until product is effectively shipped, and there should be precise information provided. As soon as possible does not mean anything! And if you do not have something in stock, you must say it, and perhaps offer alternative models, or offer a refund immediately.
