I placed an order for a Microsoft Surface Pro 4 on the Thursday as on the website it stated that there was 8 in stock. I paid via PayPal and the money was taken straight away by Gadgetmonocle not when the item was despatched. I have received an email this morning on the following Tuesday to say the product is "in shortage" and my payment will be refunded as soon as possible.Judging from the reviews on this website this isn't a one off and might have a long wait IF I get my money back!
I would DEFINATELY not recommend GadgetMonocle and will DEFINITELY not be using them again.
