Phone arrived quickly, but it was faulty, with 2 big problems. They sent it back to Singapore to be fixed (I was without it for nearly 2 months, and they later admitted that they had used a local repair shop there rather than Samsung, which may have invalidated the warranty), and when I got it back, one of the faults had not been fixed, and a new fault had been introduced. They would only offer a further return to a local repair shop in Singapore (unless I could find a local repair shop to fix it for under £70 in the UK, which of course I couldn't). They didn't even make it easy to arrange this, ignoring most of my questions and sometimes not bothering to reply to my mails at all.
In short, they are probably ok if you are lucky enough to receive a phone that works perfectly well. but if there is any problem with it, you will not have an easy ride with these people. For this reason, I will avoid then in future!!
If you do choose to use them - best pay with American Express (via PayPal) as they are now investigating the issue with Gadget Monocle on my behalf, which will hopefully result in a full refund.
