FUTURE CUSTOMERS BE WARNED: I would not recommend purchasing from Mon Purse if you expect to see your product any time in the near future. My dear friends purchased a bag for me at the start of January this year (a very special birthday gift), and still almost four months later I am yet to receive my gift - it appears this is the same story a lot of people online are sharing; no products being sent/received.
Mon Purse team had indicated my bag would be delivered in 4 - 6 weeks from purchase. We have since followed up with them almost fortnightly and continue to get the same poor excuses and little explanation as to why the purchase has still not even been sent. Every week i am told a different reason as to the delay, and to continue to wait another 2 - 3 weeks for delivery. THIS SERVICE IS COMPLETELY INEXCUSABLE. DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THEM IF YOU WANT YOUR PRODUCTS. When you are spending the amount of money and time designing a personalised bag with such a company as this, you expect to receive customer service of equal value. This is not the case. I fear Mon Purse are in receivership or similar??... They are clearly having dire production and distribution issues which is NOT EXPLAINED TO CUSTOMERS ON PURCHASING.
