I ordered a passport holder and when i received it the gold print monogram has part rubbed off, it arrived in the mail this way. As soon as it was delivered I sent and email with photos asking them to please repair or fix as it is not up to standard. I received a very rude email telling me they are happy with the way it looks and it is just the way they come. This is not correct as I have received products before and none of the others have been this poorly done.
Now they are not returning emails and the phone number that is available to call only rings out!
They say they guarantee the quality of their products, which in this case is a lie and i will never shop from them again.
