$100+ product, engraving not centred and no response
Purchased a laptop case and was not happy with it due to the my initials being completely OFF the middle. Its very clear its not centred and more to the left and everyone i showed could see it and it wasnt just me over reacting.
Wrote an email saying ive kept all the boxes and i was happy to exchange (not expecting a new one to be delivered) or something. Over 6 business days no and no response. Messaged on facebook and their ig and got a msg back saying 'Please allow up to 48 business hours to receive a response.'but it has been? Still no reply to what can be done.
Absolutely waste of a $100+ product.
If it was cheap ebay $10 product then i wouldn't complain. This is suppose to be high, leather good??? Don't think so.
Now i'll be telling and showing people that DONT get monpurse, poor quality, bad customer service as well.
