This is my third order with monsoon and the third time I have been disappointed. (My previous order just didn’t arrive!) on this order I paid €62 (including postage) for my 6 yr old daughter for a special occasion. The dress arrived literally with a piece hanging off( see photo) I asked for an immediate refund, supplying pictures, as the event was the following week and I didn’t have time to return the dress and order a new one. Even with a picture of the dress this was not done. I was given the ‘line’ send it back for quality assurance. I have to borrow money to go out and buy a new dress. My customer service experience was completely unsatisfactory. I will not be using this site again.
