Would give negative stars if I could. VERY frustrated with Monsoon's delayed responses to my inquiry. Still waiting on a refund I was promised. They told me it will need to be processed manually over the phone and to expect a call in 3 days from now, within a 2 hour window. Extremely inconvenient for customers to have to be available during their selected time slot. I also received an item that was damaged and the customer service associate completely ignored my concern. My order was 6 dresses for my bridesmaids and the whole experience has been nothing but stressful. Telling all my friends and family to avoid Monsoon.
