I ordered an item on 10/10/23. Email confirming payment, and delivery date 14/10/23. 4 days after edd still had not turned up so I called them, “ No agents available to take your call.”Line went dead. Emailed 4 times, no response. Rang another 3/4 times,’ no agents available to take your call.)! I even found out the email address of the CEO. Even he has not responded. Very poor customer service. I want a refund but I can’t get through to ANYONE! I’ve been in touch with my bank to try to get the money back! I think this company have gone out of business!!
