Bought a home after 1 year things start coming out , water leaks , seals weren’t put right, plumbing issues , and so on , and Ofcourse once you call u only have 1 year manufacture warranty , this was my second brand new home, and 14 years on previous didn’t have no issues like this home , I will not recommend buying from this company.
