Ordered a coat 26th November £98 still haven't received my item it's now 6th December. I have emailed a number of times and like everyone else has said there is no phone number to call customer service. Payment has been taken and no coat received. Unfortunately I ordered the coat again as my son really wanted this. But I will never order from Montirex again. I am hoping I recieve my refund or I will be taking this further.
