Purchased a loxley reclining armchair from Amazon. The chair is comfy looks great. My husband who the chair was bought for. He has had a couple of falls getting off it. I have tried and experiencing the same. I purchased quits a few weeks back. It was a present for him two weeks ago. We have tried and tried. Doesn’t work. I would appreciate you to arrange collection. Reimbursement would be appreciated. Thank you
