Unfortunately I received two reminders to pay my premium for my car insurance at the end of September and early October despite having paid it on 20th September for a year's insurance which didn't commence until 13th October. I spent a good 15 minutes on the phone sorting this out and was told it would take 72 hours to rectify the problem as my payment had gone into the wrong account. (Goodness knows how as I just filled in the details on line). Slightly annoying.
