Everything went wrong. over 2 months to deliver. Wrong merchandise as substitutes.. Mittens that were the size of oven mitts, wrong pairs of socks. I am a seasonal retailer. They literally screwed up my selling season. I received 5 more items today, JAN 4, ordered OCT 28. I have had to negotiate with photos back and forth, Im surprised my fingers don't ache. I worked in Fashion and still have a small business. Items didn't sell at Christmas because they didn't come on time..and when I placed the order I made it clear,if you cannot deliver before Nov 30, don't. But they did, one package at a time.
