Horrendous service. Stay well clear. "3 hour guaranteed response time" is more like 3 weeks. Bookkeeping staff are utterly clueless at categorising revenue/expenses. Payroll staff have very little knowledge and I have caught them out on several occasions. They spend 0 time on management accounts and I have found mistakes on every VAT return. The latest changed by over £2000 after I queried some errors. Guaranteed I get an almost instant reply to this review.
