This company has great products but lousy service and policies. I spoke to someone named Kathlene in service because I ordered several items and the day they arrived they were discounted on the website. I asked for a price adjustment given the items had just arrived that day and the answer was no.
I find this bad practice. There are so many baby clothing companies and options these days. I will be returning all of the products and I won’t be coming back. I do not recommend this company.
