I bought a subscription for my daughter, on arrival the packaging was beautiful, the item was stunning. The quality of the item was faultless, and reduced my daughter to tears (in a good way) just what you want from a gift !!! My daughter was absolutely thrilled, and is now eagerly awaiting the rest of her parcels, this is the first time I have used Mori, but it will not be the last. There was a small problem in that we did not receive the free blanket with our order, my e mail was answered promptly, and the problem rectified immediately.
