I made an order on October the 16th, today is the 17th November and I've STILL not received the goods. Disappointed doesn't even come close to it. I've paid £3.50 for a 2-3 day shipping fee which is disgusting given it's taken 4 weeks (and counting) so far. I'm still waiting to hear back from you on where the order is. I've had some contact with customer support to let me know about the delay but if I'd have known it was going to take this long I definitely wouldn't have placed it in the first instance.
