Customer service is amazing to say the least but I am very disappointed in processing and shipping time.
I am still waiting on blanket and sleeping bag orders that I placed in almost a month ago.. Prompt shipping was (and is) somewhat Essential considering that the weather is getting cold. It forced me to purchase another "hold over"' blanket which defeated my purpose of investing in only a few really "good quality" blanket!
