I ordered a product from the website at the beginning of November and paid for expedited (3day) shipping. However I still have not received the product. When I reached out about the missing package the first time, I never received a response from your team, I only received a shipment confirmation email (with no tracking information). I sent another email requesting that I be reimbursed for shipping costs since I clearly did not get what I paid for, and still no response AND NO PACKAGE!!! I would really appreciate some assistance with this...preferably a full reimbursement for the product, since I still have not received it! (order #6054)
