Having been a subscriber for 14 months, I chose Mori for a welcome gift for my new born niece. I understood that personalisation of the towel would take a few weeks, however the full dispatch was held up and therefore didn't receive the 'hospital pack' until 6 weeks after the birth (two weeks later than originally committed).
