Die logistische Abwicklung und Informationsweitergabe, ob etwas lagernd ist und ob man Teillieferung möchte könnten verbessert werden.
Ich hab nun schon zweimal bei euch bestellt und es hat leider nie alles auf anhieb geklappt. Falschgelieferte Ware und online verfügbare Ware, die letztendlich doch nicht verfügbar war, so was ist ärgerlich. Da bitte um Verbesserung in den zwei Punkten.
