One of your meter readers today knocked on our door an demanded entry to read the meter.
My 15 year old Daughter was home alone and denied him entry.
He demanded to know why this was the case and why he couldn't come in.
Quite frankly I would think the reason was clear. We're in the middle of a pandemic and our region is currently in a tier 3 category so no one is allowed in.
Why are you sending meter readers into people's homes at this time?
Secondly, he was told no. It's not acceptable for him to challenge that answer and be aggressive towards a young girl.
Not once did he ask if an adult was at home. Why not?
Absolutely disgusted with this whole scenario.
I think you seriously need to retrain your staff.
