Thomas McLaughlin was truly exceptional, and really made a difference in what turned out to be a very complicated process. Thomas was not only very knowledgeable of UAE banks in general but also behaved very professionally, always answering the phone and taking his time to understand the issues and come back to us with an answer / solution (and there were many of these).
