I placed an order for a gift, never got it on time and after three weeks no longer needed it and was told to contact shipping company myself to track it. Could not return it after sending them 100 emails, NO REPLY on shippng labels yet. I thought it is a known brand but i think these brands SUCK more.
Now i wish i had read all these reviews before ordering.
