I ordered a few pieces from this company in the sale during black Friday, the items were returned to the company by DHL because Motea had somehow shipped the order to the wrong address. Mistakes happen and their response was decent, they offered me a full refund or I could confirm the address and they would send it again. In response to this email I had asked a couple of questions, "how long would it take if sent again", "how long would a refund take". I had wanted the products and had not planned on a refund. The response I got to that email was "as agreed we have sent your order again". None of my questions were answered and I had not given a new address. I asked what address was it sent to and they responded with again the same "wrong" address. This baffled me as why would you send it again to the wrong address instead. I have checked the DHL link this morning and again the parcel has been returned to them, I am still awaiting a response to simple questions from my first email, and the only response I keep getting is "As already agreed we have sent it". You would have to go out of your way to both not bother reading the emails in response to their mistake in the first place. Extremely poor service.
