The product came to me damaged, it stated ‘free delivery’ and I was charged £83 by the courier. I get there’s an potentially a tax on goods entering the UK but this should have been stated on and or added to the confirmation of order. That way I would’ve been able to work out my outgoings.
When I emailed Motea to stated the above, I’ve received no reply. I tried to call their German line (being a bilingual German speaker but it was “out of use” Gutted!
