Placed my order on the 16th of May, still haven't received it and it still hasn't even been shipped to Portugal. Their cc representative told me it would take 4 to 8 working days but today is the 1st of June and it's been more than that. Customer service is refusing to refund me my money and simply are ignoring my emails. Not only their cc have lied to me but also scammed me. I don't know what to do but this is simply a disgraceful attitide towards the customers and they have scammed me for money...I want my money back and they are refusing to refund it. Should they not refund me my money - I hope their business will close because treating customers like thaf is a no go.
