I was really looking forward to ordering from Motel Rocks as I have always heard good things and love the look of their clothes. The experience I have ultimately had however has been horrendous and I couldn't bring myself to recommend them to anyone. I ordered from them over two months ago now. After 2 weeks I contacted them for an update on my order only to be told (a week later) that the package was marked as return to sender and that when it was received back into the warehouse they would contact me to see how I would like to proceed. That was over a month ago now. I have not received any further correspondence and my emails following this have been ignored. Ultimately I feel as if I have been scammed out of over £100. I have never left a review on a company before, however I just feel like I need to warn anyone considering to buy off them in the future to steer clear as it is not worth the risk of possibly losing money.
