I bought 3 pairs of trouser which 2 of them were unfortunately too big
They were very easy to return and only cost £1
Also
I bought new ones in smaller sizes but accidentally got the wrong shipping ( my mistake ) and I needed these within 4 days for holiday
I emailed about cancelling the order and a lovely ladie called Rosie got back to me within an hour and cancelled and refunded me immediately
I now have ordered a new 2 pairs with express
And they are coming in 2 days
