placed an order on 1st September 2023.
I was given a SkyNet tracking number that could not be tracked by any of my local post offices or via Australia Post. SkyNet advised the item was "delivered" but it cannot be located.
This order cannot be opened in the Motel Rocks website, as apparently the URL does not exist anymore. There have been issues with communication, providing tracking, technology, etc.
