You could say we never learn. After buying a pair of jeans that didn't fit, we started the return process and purchased a different style in the meantime. They didn't fit either, and we sent them back as well. Each return cost us 20 euros, there is still no sign of a refund (this was over a month ago), and one of the packages was just returned to me (it was "refused" according to the labels on the package). It's true we did not try to send the packages back via registered mail because it was already pricey enough. While online customer service seems friendly and on top of things, this seems to be a front.
